Coming soon to Washington: More competition for your lunchtime dollars. San Francisco-based chain Mixt Greens plans to launch four stores in downtown D.C. in the first half of next year. The restaurants will offer salads, sandwiches and -- as a special treat just for Washingtonians -- soups in winter.
